About adult functional fitness

The Adult Function Fitness program is our unlimited semi-private personal training solution designed for adults or retired athletes and run from our purpose-built training facility in South East Calgary.

The Speed School personal training programs consists of:

Your fitness goals won’t be achieved over night. We have carefully crafted training plans that are periodized over 12-Months. When you train with us, you aren’t getting a random program of the day. You will be getting training plans that progress with you, resulting in better long-term results. Our coaches will then individualize your program based on your specific needs and limitations.

We have 3 training streams to suit your goals:

Consistency is the key to achieving your fitness goals. Rather than forcing you to stick to a specific day and time, we have opened up the entire week for clients to schedule sessions that best fit their schedules and lifestyle. Sessions run Monday to Saturday, with morning, daytime and evening options.

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri focus on full body strength training, while Wed/Sat focus on circuit training. This way you can complete both strength and fitness sessions each week for maximum results!

Professional Coaching

Every session you complete will be alongside one of our professional coaches. We will give you the tools to succeed, and be right there with you to answer questions, optimize technique, and make programming changes in realtime.

Unlimited Semi-Private
Training Sessions

Our program was designed to deliver results. Book into as many of our weekly semi-private training sessions as you’d like (dependent on availability). 1x a week or 5x a week, it’s up to you! This gives you the flexibility to train more or less each week based on your schedule without the hassle of the typical per session model.

Your Very Own Training App

Lets face it, paper programs and PDFs aren’t great to use. Every Speed School personal training client gets access to our training app, where your program is delivered straight to your phone.

Training is only half the battle. To maximize your results in the gym and on the scale, your nutrition plan is critical. We offer custom 7-Day Meal Plans to help clients eat more intentionally. These plans are based off your specific caloric needs for your training goal, with meals-per-day and dietary preferences taken into account so you have a plan you will actually stick to!
