About Personal Training

The Private Personal Training program is designed for adults and retired athletes who want one-on-one attention to improve strength, mobility, and overall health. All sessions are delivered in our purpose-built training facility in South East Calgary.

The Speed School personal training programs consists of:

Our Custom Programming is designed for adults who want to build strength, maintain health and vitality as they age, and recover or train safely around injuries. Each program is tailored to your individual needs and adapts as you progress, giving you a clear path toward better movement, longevity, and lasting results.

Instead, you can book sessions at times that fit your lifestyle, with availability Monday through Saturday across mornings, daytime, and evenings.

Your coach will guide you through a personalized blend of strength, fitness, and mobility-focused sessions, ensuring you get the right balance to maximize your results — all on a schedule that works for you.

Professional Coaching

Every session you complete will be alongside one of our professional coaches. We will give you the tools to succeed, and be right there with you to answer questions, optimize technique, and make programming changes in realtime.

Training is only half the battle. Your results in the gym and on the scale depend just as much on what happens in the kitchen. That’s why we provide every client with our Nutrition Quick-Start Guide. This practical resource helps you understand your caloric needs, build balanced meals that fit your routine and preferences, and develop sustainable habits so you can get the most out of your training.
