The Private Personal Training program is designed for adults and retired athletes who want one-on-one attention to improve strength, mobility, and overall health. All sessions are delivered in our purpose-built training facility in South East Calgary.
The Speed School personal training programs consists of:

Our Custom Programming is designed for adults who want to build strength, maintain health and vitality as they age, and recover or train safely around injuries. Each program is tailored to your individual needs and adapts as you progress, giving you a clear path toward better movement, longevity, and lasting results.

Your coach will guide you through a personalized blend of strength, fitness, and mobility-focused sessions, ensuring you get the right balance to maximize your results — all on a schedule that works for you.

Every session you complete will be alongside one of our professional coaches. We will give you the tools to succeed, and be right there with you to answer questions, optimize technique, and make programming changes in realtime.

Our private coaching is built around your schedule and your goals. With our package or subscription options, you can book sessions when it works best for you—whether that’s once a week or multiple times. This gives you the freedom to train as much or as little as you need each week, with a simple, flexible approach that fits your lifestyle.
Your Very Own Training App
Lets face it, paper programs and PDFs aren’t great to use. Every Speed School personal training client gets access to our training app, where your program is delivered straight to your phone.
- Track sets, reps and weights used on all exercises.
- Technique videos make sure you know how to perform each exercise properly.
- Supports remote programming so you can still train while on vacation or travelling for sport.
- 24/7 access to your coach via in app messaging.
- Documents folder with worksheets and article resources to give you an edge.


Nutrition Guidance
Training is only half the battle. Your results in the gym and on the scale depend just as much on what happens in the kitchen. That’s why we provide every client with our Nutrition Quick-Start Guide. This practical resource helps you understand your caloric needs, build balanced meals that fit your routine and preferences, and develop sustainable habits so you can get the most out of your training.

Additional Information
- Initial 12-Week commitment for Subscription Programs
- Completed 10-Session punch passes can be renewed at any time
- Subscription programs are auto-billed every 4 weeks until canceled
- Scheduling sessions is the responsibility of the client. Unused sessions are not carried over into the next month or prorated.
- Individual Sessions are available purchase: $115+gst for private, and $160+gst for semi-private.
